HIX Corporation is looking for a proven Leader in Sales to develop short- and long-term sales strategies. We need a leader who can develop the organizations sales policies, objectives, and initiative along with developing a strong sales staff.

Develop, implement, and direct strategic sales and business marketing plans and budget plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Achieve revenue and growth targets for each product line and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Analyze market and industry trends to assist in the determination of customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates and identifying additional product line needs.
Know the product, the industry, and the competitors, Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
Establish sales objective, accurate forecasting and develop annual sales budgets for each market, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Build and maintain relationships with Representative Groups, Distributors/Dealers, and key accounts.
Launch new product and devise and execute launch plans in close collaboration with production management, engineering, and sales and marketing team.
Oversee marketing initiatives and maximize the value and return of investment on all content.
