This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/ada/r/jobs/10686880 RFB Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, driven individual to fill the position of an experiential Project Manager/ Estimator for Heavy Construction.The job requirements:Manage, plan, and coordinate projects including facilitation of subcontracts, submittals, project scheduling, billing, and progress meetings.Coordinate well with the company and owner of project to ensure quality and effective communication through the project.Solicit sub and material prices.Ensure that proper construction techniques and safety are followed throughout project.Perform site visits when needed.Read blueprints and understand project specs.The ability to multi-task without impacting attention to detail and quality of the first product.Experience in estimating software such as: Microsoft outlook, word, and excel skills.Excellent verbal and written skills.Able to problem solve.What new job/project requirements are:Know the budget and Identify challenges where the company can save time and money.Know the type, quality and of cost of materials.
