POSITIONSUMMARY


GENERALACCOUNTABILITIES


+ Safeguard company assets and adhere to all cage and club policies and procedures.


+ Maintain and is held accountable for all funds entrusted to him/her on an assigned shift.


+ Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential function.


+ Balance all money transactions and paperwork.


+ Meet all attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.


+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures to include strict adherence to attendance and appearance guidelines as well as confidentially regarding player information.


+ Handle guest financial as well as club transactions.


+ Be alert for fraud, forged/counterfeit currency and/or vouchers.


+ Balance all funds under his/her responsibility and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly.


+ Ensure at all times that the cash inventory is well secured.


+ Issue free slot play, up to authorized limit, and food coupons to guests.


+ Enter all new Club memberships and data entry; promotes Club membership.


+ Conduct him/her in a gracious, kind and warm manner that creates a sense of fondness, as well as professional, courteous and responsive manner, which reflects positively on the company and its core values of Fun, Friendly and Community.


+ Other duties as assigned. JOBQUALIFICATIONS


REGULATORYANDCOMPLIANCERESPONSIBILITIES


+ Attend required training sessions offered by the casino. • Obtain required license(s). • Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations. • Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco. • Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department. • Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gambling. • Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls. • Take the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management • Report any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any staff member that they have knowledge of.
