Summary:Administers life support care to sick and injured persons under the direction of a paramedic in pre-hospital setting as permitted and authorized by State of Kansas KBEMS and local protocol approved by Medical Staff.
Education Requirements:Maintain a current EMT certification. One to two years experience in EMS service desired.
Required Certification/Licensures:CPR; PALS;
*If you do not have ACLS; PALS; you can enroll in the next available class at Labette Health. Requires a good driving record.
