Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator in Park, Kansas

We confine our cows for calving in February, which means they are brought from pastures and put in pens. While in pens they need to be fed and cared for daily. During the calving season from February until May the employee will need to assist with birthing and deliveries, vaccinations, and caring for the cattle during this period. After May cattle are turned into pasture and no feeding or care is needed. Employee will then start with planting and harvesting sorghum until December. Employee will need to operate farm equipment to plant, harvest and haul the crop from the field to storage. Employee will need to spread manure on field as fertilizer. After December we do not need any further assistance until the next year.
Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
