At NMC Health, we’re proud to set a 5-Star standard for healthcare, and your passion will go a long way as a Industrial Athletic Trainer for our injury prevention program partnership. In this role you will be responsible for providing injury prevention solutions to the industrial clients that we serve. Your background in healthcare, sports medicine or exercise will be key to providing these solutions. If you are a self-starter with a passion to serve others through both a team environment and autonomously to deliver value to our clients, we want to talk to you.
As of 1/21/22, NMC Health requires all employees to be vaccinated unless a medical or religious exemption is needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in health, wellness or exercise related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiotherapy, Nutrition, Health Promotions or Allied Health equivalent) is preferred.
Proper certification/licensure at time of employment (e.g., certified Athletic Trainer, Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant or similar).
Minimum of 3 years of applied work experience in industrial or clinical settings preferred.
Client service experience preferred.
Licensure and certifications:
- Active Kansas Board of Healing Art License in Athletic Training & BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
