Job Description:
The assistant coordinator supports our dietitian in supervising the kitchen staff and in completing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks. The assistant coordinator ensures the following SOPs are followed: special dietary accommodations, production records, wellness policies, HACCP procedures, and food safety guidelines. The assistant coordinator helps plans menus, run Point of Sale meal tickets, and helps to fill in where needed.
