Job SummaryManages all aspects of diverse, medium to moderately complex technical projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Manages budgets, invoices, and project timelines. Works across multiple teams and organizations to ensure project completion. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct team members and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.Position will support current major network initiatives or other projects as assigned. This position will require aspects of data analysis, financial tracking, vendor management, project/program management, cross-functional coordination, project tracking, risk/issue management and executive reporting.Provides end-to-end program/project management with analytic technical competency, and proven methods of project management for assessing, planning, cross-functional matrix management of diverse resources including Vendors, reporting, risk assessment, escalation/mitigation management and command and control of delivering deployment objectives within financial requirements cost effectively, and with quality controlBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high schoolThree years experience managing technical projectsThree years experience with reporting and budgets Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience with large scale programs and managing various phases from project inception to closeout completion. Exceptional strength with tools (Excel, Alteryx, Project, PowerPoint, Word) are highly desired.
