The Learning Business Partner will provide consultative services, build partnerships with functional stakeholders, and coordinate with the Talent Development team to determine, define, design, develop, and deliver exceptional learning experiences which support the priorities of the business and talent development organization
The business partner will lead, manage, and execute strategic and tactical projects within their assigned divisions, (e.g. Engineering, Operations, etc), analyze results and communicate learning outcomes which positively impact business goals
The Business Partner will work with functional and organization leadership to ensure alignment of learning initiatives and with business strategies
The Business Partner will be a change agent to help achieve efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Development mission
You Must Have:
US citizenship in order to obtain US Dept. of Energy ""Q"" level security clearance
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, organizational development, education, communication or related field
Minimum 7 years’ experience with conducting learning needs assessments, learning management systems, and leading learning and development projects
Advanced degree in instructional design, organizational development, education, communication or related field preferred
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
Experience as instructional designer preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in manufacturing or technical business
Experience with complete training development lifecycle – analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE)
Experience in a customer service, customer facing position
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills to interpret customer needs and drive results
Excellent organizational skills
