Required

  • 10+ years of experience as a PM, Lead business analyst, Scrum Master or Combination of the 3.

  • 10+ years working in SDLC and Agile project development environments

  • Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Finance, Finance or Accounting.

  • 5+ years within the Financial Services and IT industry required.

  • Previous client knowledge & experience.

  • 5+ years Clarity Project Management experience.

  • Retirement Services 403(b) and or 401(k) background.

  • Experience with Omni.

  • Experience with translating IT requirements into business language, specifically around IT Technologies (mainframe, script, datastage, etc).

  • Experience with scrum/analysis tools (Jira).

  • Expert in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Desired

  • Experience with reporting tools (OBI and Tableau).

  • PMP certification suggested.

  • Scrum certification suggested.

  • Successful record of project implementation and production support.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
