Summary:

Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for company-wide financial and strategic planning and supporting ongoing investor and financial communications with our Investor Relations Department. The Senior Financial Analyst position will be responsible for supporting analysis of company financial and operating performance through review of financial data and KPI’s. This individual will be involved in the quarterly and annual earnings and cash flow forecasting, results preparation, annual operating and multi-year strategic plans, monitoring of business unit operating performance, reporting for Senior Management team and Board of Directors, supporting investor relations and various adhoc and modeling projects.

Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly financial and operational results to Senior Management Team and Board of Directors including review of underlying data to ensure accuracy and integrity of information presented. Responsible for explanation of variances vs. budget, forecast and prior year.

  • Support Investor Relations and Corporate Accounting in the quarterly earnings release.

  • Support the coordination and preparation of the CMP consolidated quarterly forecasts, annual operating and multi-year Strategic Plans for the Board of Directors and Senior Management team.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasts, annual operating and strategic plans.

  • Work closely with business units and functional teams to gain insight into performance drivers and identify the impact of these key drivers on results and subsequent forecasts.

  • Support all long-term and short-term financial planning, analysis and scenario modeling; assist with adhoc projects as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • OneStream or Hyperion and Microsoft PowerBI ideal. Experience with standard costs preferred.

  • MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate).

  • 7 years of relevant finance experience.

  • Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis.

  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions and demonstrated experience managing such mechanisms to an end result.

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.

  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and senior levels of management.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion Essbase and Oracle.
