We are looking for a Solution Manager to join our team to drive innovative solutions to problems that the client and, often, the vendor, have difficulty describing. Ultimately, you will work with the organization’s leaders to identify problems and then work with our IT Team to address those problems with innovative software solutions.
The Solution Manager must be able to articulate technology and product development to both business and technical users. The Solution Manager is a bridge between the Client, the Company and the Vendor.
The Solution Manager is also responsible for the development and delivery of product roadmaps. The Solution Manager is responsible for the creation of the Release Management plan that describes incremental (CI/CD) improvements in an ITSM environment as well as ‘dot’ (quarterly) enhancements and an annual ‘full version’ plan. Departmental and product budgeting and contract negotiations are part of the role as are training, development and, performance planning for direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cooperative agriculture. Alternatively, a background in finance and/or fintech. In addition, the candidate should have a firm understanding of the components of driving success through a center of excellence and has supported multiple clients in a SaaS/PaaS/LaaS of comparable environment.

Fintech process and workflow development
Executive reporting, Project reporting, Product Analytics, User Dashboards
Apex, Visualforce, DX CLI or similar
