Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Division: eDiscovery Managed Services

Location: Overland Park, KS

Position Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator assists with the monitoring of the Project Coordinator team workflows and processes to ensure the prompt, efficient and accurate movement of work through the Client Services department. The Senior Project Coordinator will also assist in the training and development of Project Coordinators and serve as a mentor for the team.

Job Description Details

The Senior Project Coordinator will:

  • proactively assist Company Management in achieving mission, vision and objectives for the Company

  • assist with the orientation and training of new team members

  • monitor team work processes to ensure client satisfaction, while looking for potential process improvements and coaching opportunities within the team

  • monitor internal communications and be able to assist in coordinating effective workflows

  • investigate errors, anomalies, and other problems for identification and future prevention

  • various team reporting

  • multi-task to handle different job requirements

  • act in accordance with all existing company policies, including but not limited to those pertaining to: Security, Acceptable Use, Privacy, Non-Disclosure and Standards of Conduct

Engagement and Commitment

  • Act as an advocate for the Client Services team processes and workflows seeking gaps and opportunities to improve them

  • Ask questions, engage the right people and strive to meet our client's expectations

  • Maintain a service-oriented mentality at all times. Partner with other departments as our clients. Seek third-alternatives when options exhaust

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of the Project Coordinator team workflows and processes

  • Experience working in all of the Project Coordinator team markets and their corresponding workflows

  • Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, initiative and ownership

  • Efficient work-style with an eye for continual process improvement

  • Strong organizational skills and an extreme attention to detail

  • Clear, effective communication skills – both oral and written

  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to effectively identify solutions to non-standard requests and issue resolution

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing work environment

  • Strong work ethic and dedication

  • Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team

Education & Certifications

  • Experience with Windows Operating System

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Some College coursework a plus
