Sales Development Representative
Location: Kansas City, with travel to assigned sales territories
Base Salary + Commissions ($75,000-$100,000 year one) ($110,000+ year two and up)

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage contractors to utilize Ultimate's services
Conduct contractor research and development
Perform market analysis to identify opportunities
Conduct job site visits to meet with clients
Attend networking events to connect with contractors
Manage and update CRM systems
Provide timely solutions to customers
Report on account status
Suggest actions to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and driven to succeed
Sports-minded and competitive mindset
Ability to work well within a team
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Self-motivated and proactive
Understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to complete tasks accurately and promptly
