Business Development Representative
We are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As a Business Development Representative, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Ultimate LLC is the industry leader in Construction Logistics. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years as Business Development Representative. This position will be located at our headquarters in Kansas City. Candidates must have a strong understanding of computer skills. Ultimate LLC is the leader in the digital sales environment therefore all candidates must have computer skills and a willingness to learn more. Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Proven work experience in Business Development Representative
Knowledge of CRM software
Self Motivated
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Must be able to complete tasks properly and in a timely manner
Benefits
Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions $65,000-$100,000
Non restrictive sales territory.
Car Allowance: Based on Monthly Revenue.
