Business Development Representative

We are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Business Development Representative, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Ultimate LLC is the industry leader in Construction Logistics. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years as Business Development Representative. This position will be located at our headquarters in Kansas City. Candidates must have a strong understanding of computer skills. Ultimate LLC is the leader in the digital sales environment therefore all candidates must have computer skills and a willingness to learn more. We are looking for like minded individuals, with an overall competitive entrepreneurial spirit!


  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth


  • Proven work experience in Business Development Representative

  • Knowledge of CRM software

  • Self Motivated

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Must be able to complete tasks properly and in a timely manner


  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions $65,000-$100,000

  • Non restrictive sales territory.

  • Car Allowance: Based on Monthly Revenue.
