APFM is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will provide sourcing support to both our tech and sales organizations in Overland Park.The Recruiting Coordinator will source and interact with potential candidates online, contacting passive candidates, develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs, and set up interviews.
Source candidates via queries and online tools.
Crafting and sending recruitment emails.
Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
Identifying potential candidates for fit to company specifications and job description.
Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
Setting up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
Proven work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
Proficient in relevant office software and database systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques, including on-campus.
Hands-on experience with cutting edge sourcing techniques (recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, etc.).
