Strategic Recruiting Center Recruiter
The Strategic Recruiting Center Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for contract and
permanent positions with Actlanet’s clients. The Strategic Delivery Recruiter strives to enhance Actalent’s reputation for providing the right candidate the first time
and will be responsible for ensuring that only those candidates who are the “perfect fit” for a particular requirement are submitted to a client. Additional
focus is placed on being a specialist with certain industries, clients and skill sets; and developing and applying knowledge regarding talent pools across a variety of
Identify qualified candidates by developing and implementing various, creative recruiting tactics
Conduct candidate screening (to include interviews, reference checks, skills verification, etc.)
Conduct job-specific interviews – present and sell opportunities to candidates; evaluate and assess candidates’ qualifications; and make hiring recommendations to clients based on who is the “perfect fit”
Negotiate wage rates with candidates
Execute applicable parts of the Perfect Fit Delivery Cycle (PFDC) to identify qualified candidates for submittal to the client
Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews with clients based on specific knowledge of the client and the position
Provide market, skillset and client-specific intelligence to team leads and provide strategic recommendations
Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment
Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, identify candidate referrals and to create future business opportunities by obtaining sales leads
Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with recruiters in Actalent’s retail operations
Manage and build relationships with contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor-related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email applications).
Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment , and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
