Key Responsibilities:
Performs varied administrative duties requiring judgment, initiative, and knowledge of the functions for the Quality organization or activity requiring knowledge of the entity's function
Serves on various committees, teams, and task forces as assigned
May schedule appointments, assemble necessary background material for scheduled meetings, and make arrangements for meetings and conferences as required
May coordinate staff duty assignments based on various factors including production demand schedules and interface with purchasing and other direction from management
Coordination includes assisting with travel reservations and related expense reports, communication with supplier POC, and movement of required gages and test equipment to facilitate product acceptance
May make needed purchases using corporate P-Card and maintain related records
Answers questions and requests which require a detailed knowledge of departmental procedures and those of the Quality division
Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
May prepare charts, graphs, and other output to support presentations
Prepares reports from information selected and extrapolated from different sources on the basis of general instructions, using independent judgment to create or obtain pertinent data
Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and the proposal and implementation of recommendations
May review and prepare audit reports for final approval into appropriate systems
Analyzes audit reports for inconsistencies and correctness of format and language
Initiates corrective action reports and ensures accurate and timely distribution
May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports
May be required to revise and maintain divisional procedures
You Must Have:
- Several years of experience in general business operations
