Humana Provider Installation Professional 2 (Remote) in Overland Park, Kansas
Humana's Provider Process & Services (PPS) organization is looking for Provider Installation Professional 2 to join the Service Fund Operations (SFO) team working from home anywhere in the US. The SFO team is a nimble, process-driven organization of professionals that manage the impact and performance of the Service Fund System. Our mission is to enable the success of our customers with solutions that only Service Fund can provide. The Service Fund System is a provider value based management application, used to control the reimbursement to providers with selected, assigned or attributed membership through capitation payments, claims expensing, control of claims payment, reconciliation and settlement for all HMO gated provider and Medicare PPO/PFFS attributed physician contracts.
As a Provider Installation Professional 2 you will administer the installation of assigned provider accounts. You will perform set-up, database loading and preparation of administrative documents and materials. Additionally, you will provide support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. As a Professional 2 you will make decisions regarding your own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of Service Fund experience
Proven experience with data analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadline
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in professional environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Provider installation experience
SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries
Experience in healthcare industry

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice.
