Job SummaryManages the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Communicates with lead Project Manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects.Develops and administers recruiting programs. Responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates for specialized recruitment programs. Responsible for developing strong relationships with targeted sources (i.e., universities and other specialized recruitment sources) to identify, attract, and recruit candidates in a competitive market. Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Identifies and places targeted advertising, assess effectiveness of recruitment activities, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and implementation of recruiting programs. Works with site Ops management team to document requirements for open positions. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Represents the organization as a primary customer contact and generally performs in a program/project leadership role.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school Two years project management or related process management experience Preferred QualificationsCAPM or similar Project Management certification At Sprint, we're more than just talk.
