Job Description

Olsson takes on anything from backyard flooding problems in a community to the complex challenges presented with watershed management, irrigation districts, and recreational facilities. As a Project Engineer on the Water Resources team, you will provide various engineering and project management duties related to evaluating, designing, and constructing projects. You may assist with developing the project scope and schedule, project documentation, and reviewing shop drawings. Travel may be needed to job sites for observation in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.

  • Must be a registered professional engineer.

  • At least 5 years of related water resource engineering experience.

  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, HEC-RAS, or other related hydrologic and hydraulic software.
