This position will be located in Kansas City, MO

Summary of Duties:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings and closely maintains/optimizes calendar

  • Participate in the development of communications plans that meet business objectives and priorities

  • Develop written materials (leadership messages and presentations, announcements, newsletter articles, etc.)

  • Develop content and update web and on·line tools as well as identify new or expand use of existing tools

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels

  • Protect sensitive and confidential information received and generated

  • Maintain metrics pertinent to quality and technical performance

  • Developing and managing a resource·loaded integrated master schedule, including critical path analysis, performance status, & milestone reporting to varying levels of management

  • Develop corrective actions, perform rate analysis, and analyze performance indices

  • Report on manufacturing yield performance and provide analysis on impact to quality operations

  • Ability to analyze data and perform trend analysis and communicate the data variances

  • Provide financial reporting and analysis

  • Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining, and facilitating project plans for projects

  • Reports status of project plans and, if necessary, develops and presents appropriate action plans

  • Assists in developing, implementing, and/or negotiating changes to project plans with internal and external customers to assure development/qualification schedules are met

  • Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions

  • Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations

  • May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports

    You Must Have:

  • US citizenship in order to obtain US Dept of Energy ""Q"" level security clearance

  • Bachelors degree in business or a technical discipline

  • Minimum three (3) or more years of data analysis and/or engineering support experience

    We Value:

  • Strong skills in Tableau, Excel, and Access

  • Experience with MicroStrategy, SQL scripts, data validation, and reporting systems

  • Ability to work with limited supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP application experience.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and data analysis.

  • Ability to identify and make recommendations for resolution of project related problems utilizing analytical skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Understands connectivity between Quality and ISC/Engineering/Facilities/AME/Etc
