Summary of Duties:
Schedule appointments and meetings and closely maintains/optimizes calendar
Participate in the development of communications plans that meet business objectives and priorities
Develop written materials (leadership messages and presentations, announcements, newsletter articles, etc.)
Develop content and update web and on·line tools as well as identify new or expand use of existing tools
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels
Protect sensitive and confidential information received and generated
Maintain metrics pertinent to quality and technical performance
Developing and managing a resource·loaded integrated master schedule, including critical path analysis, performance status, & milestone reporting to varying levels of management
Develop corrective actions, perform rate analysis, and analyze performance indices
Report on manufacturing yield performance and provide analysis on impact to quality operations
Ability to analyze data and perform trend analysis and communicate the data variances
Provide financial reporting and analysis
Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining, and facilitating project plans for projects
Reports status of project plans and, if necessary, develops and presents appropriate action plans
Assists in developing, implementing, and/or negotiating changes to project plans with internal and external customers to assure development/qualification schedules are met
Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations
May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports
You Must Have:
US citizenship in order to obtain US Dept of Energy ""Q"" level security clearance
Bachelors degree in business or a technical discipline
Minimum three (3) or more years of data analysis and/or engineering support experience
Strong skills in Tableau, Excel, and Access
Experience with MicroStrategy, SQL scripts, data validation, and reporting systems
Ability to work with limited supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP application experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and data analysis.
Ability to identify and make recommendations for resolution of project related problems utilizing analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Understands connectivity between Quality and ISC/Engineering/Facilities/AME/Etc
