TEKsystems Partnership Development Manager in Overland Park, Kansas


LOCATION: anywhere in the United States (FULLY REMOTE)


We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to join our team in the financial industry. In this strategic role, you will responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners to enhance our business growth, product offerings, and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our expansion and success!


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred, not required. Experience in a similar role will also compensate for education.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnership development, or relationship management roles, with a focus on M&A or professional services industries.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with industry players.

  • Deep knowledge of M&A processes, market dynamics, and industry trends, with expertise in understanding partner needs, priorities, and objectives, and aligning partnership initiatives with business goals and objectives.


  • Develop and execute partnership development strategies and initiatives to identify, cultivate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, including investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, and other professional service providers.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential partners, including executive leadership, business development teams, and subject matter experts, to understand partner needs, priorities, and objectives, and explore opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and collaboration agreements with potential partners, addressing key terms, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure alignment of interests and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including M&A advisors, legal counsel, and operations teams, to leverage internal resources, expertise, and capabilities in support of partnership development efforts and integration of partner services and solutions.

  • Drive business development initiatives and revenue generation opportunities through strategic partnerships, including referrals, co-marketing campaigns, and joint client engagements, to expand our client base and drive growth in M&A advisory services.

  • Monitor partnership performance and engagement levels, gathering feedback and insights from partners and clients to assess partnership
