Office Services Specialist- Field Support: $350 Sign-on Bonus

This position will work on-site at locations in the Kansas City Metro area. Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs and assists with ensuring services are completed according to Ricoh Service Excellence requirements

  • Flexible with travel within a geographic territory

  • Works with a flexible schedule to cover time off requests for contracted customers' onsite staff, which may include managerial duties.

  • Provides feedback and suggestions to management to improve existing processes and procedures including validation of current procedures and correct site documentation.

  • Assist in the collection of data and is knowledgeable on the tools and methods used for the Monthly Management Report such as forms, logs, and site branding

  • Routinely identifies and documents process improvement suggestions and communicates them to management

Document Clerk:

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Runs high-volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

  • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.

  • Performs all repair service on customer copier equipment.

  • Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.

  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

  • Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.

  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customers.

  • May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.

  • Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.

  • Maintains daily meter and service logs.

  • May travel between customers' buildings.

  • Answers customer questions regarding the status or feasibility of job requests.

  • Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well-stocked.

Document Analyst:

  • Maintains daily meter and service logs.

  • May travel between customers' buildings.

  • Answers customer questions regarding the status or feasibility of job requests.

  • Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well-stocked.

  • Performs duties related to the shipping of materials.

  • Performs duties related to the receiving of materials.

  • May perform meeting room and conference room set-ups.

  • May perform building occupant moves within assigned facilities.

  • May perform re-lamping and light maintenance duties as assigned.

  • May perform occasional cleaning duties as needed.

  • May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.

  • Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler, and scales in completion of various jobs contracted.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School diploma or GED required

  • 1 years of customer service experience required

  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required

  • Previous mailroom experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Reliable, team player preferred

  • Self-motivated, adaptable with strong problem-solving skills preferred
