The Organization Effectiveness Lead optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. CenterWell Pharmacy Service Experience and Operations is seeking an experienced and dynamic Organizational Effectiveness Lead to support various programs and implementations. The position is part of a highly visible effort to bring our digital and omni-channel experience forward and ensure the organization is well prepared.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizational readiness and shape awareness and readiness for change with key stakeholders and critical leaders across internal and external projects.

  • Assist the team with managing all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology. This includes oversight and leadership of all organizational change management project team activities.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of change management strategies and the application of structured methodology and lead change management activities.

  • Leverage change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

  • Assess the change impact and support communication efforts.

  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact those who must use the changes in their daily work.

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists as required to deliver on project goals.

  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan.

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness; Manage stakeholders; and Track and report issues to project management, stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

  • Support change management at the various organizational levels

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Organizational Management with 3 Years of progressive experience in project management with focus on change management.

  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Experience acting as a coach for leaders, project manager (s), technical team(s), and non-technical user (s) to provide recommendations and coaching in change management activities and prioritization to fulfill goals.

  • Experience conducting change management assessments.

  • Experience Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.

  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

  • Familiarity with product management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of progressive experience in project management with focus on change management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management.

  • Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Certification a plus

  • Prior work experience supporting call centers

  • Master's degree
