Job SummaryPlans and implements projects that support the marketing function. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepares regular marketing activity reports and responds to questions from the sales organization. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.This position will be responsible for supporting our Business Individual Liable & Affinity programs for existing Sprint customers. Responsibilities include managing the customer messaging lifecycle, creating customer-facing collaterals and messaging, creating & implementing programs and initiatives to ensure customer growth and retention, and monitoring programs results. Take corrective action as needed and share program results with all levels of management up to Sr. Vice President.Position will also support our watch and tablet product lines in partnership with product management. Focus will be specifically on programs for existing customers.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high schoolThree years experience working with marketing policies and proceduresPreferred QualificationsThree years experience in a specialized marketing area (e.g. product management)Strong background in developing PPT presentations and providing reviews with all levels of management up to SVPSolid analytical skills to evaluate performance of programs and promotions with intent of taking required actions to achieve desired resultsExtensive use and experience with Excel and usage of pivot tables in particularAt Sprint, we're more than just talk.
