Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Your primary objectives and responsibilities will be:
Program Management functions:
You will engage with the local startup community to identify, source and support startups as the endeavor on their cloud journey with Oracle.
You will be responsible for collaboration with local and regional startup hub leaders and cross functional Oracle teams to build a rich ecosystem of startups in your region.
You will be the advocate for the investment community within Oracle for product innovation.
Stakeholder Management / Partnerships
You will develop partnerships with local accelerators, incubators, VCs, angels, investment community and ecosystem evangelists.
Management of internal stakeholders as main point of contact for the Program as a liaison between the VC, their portfolio and Oracle.
Identify Proof of Concepts, Pilots and commercial opportunities between portfolio companies and Oracle, and its clients.
Ecosystem Development, Communications and PR
Developing ecosystem relationships with local partners / communities to build a pipeline of companies startups and portfolio companies and Oracle.
Working closely with the Director of Communications and PR on communications and PR efforts.
Attend local meet-ups, events, and industry focused initiatives to drive a culture of thought leadership.
A entrepreneurial driven individual with a demonstrable track record in the VC Community or the Startup Community.
You have your finger on the pulse of the startup community in your region and be able to mobilize your network to find the top tier VCs and startups to add into our ecosystem.
You will live and breath technology and understand the changing trends of a particular industry or technology area.
You will be able to think big and execute in detail managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be execution focused, organized and be able to deliver to tight deadlines.
Demonstrated understanding of Cloud Technologies and use cases.
Understanding of the landscape of the IaaS/PaaS offerings and how they can be leveraged by startups.
You will have an existing network of tech startup mentors and VCs.
You will have been involved or run a startup of your own, or worked for a VC firm, startup or started your own company.
You will have experience with working with corporate companies within similar innovation teams.
