Duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute Sales Planning tools and capabilities with the team to move toward strategies and vision.
Track sales performance, conduct root cause analysis of gaps to plan, and develop and facilitate solutions for all stakeholders.
Help facilitate for the team any product availability and growth opportunity processes.
Collaborate and build/maintain relationships with business partners (ex: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Category Management) to gain understanding of trends, capabilities, and limitations.
Lead new product launch ROI and tracking.
Actively manage the team to be their best and deliver outstanding service to all relevant constituencies.
