Job SummaryDelivers end-to-end AI-driven data analytics, products and services for the enterprise. Manages a team of machine learning engineers that will design and develop platforms and frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision making across the enterprise. Designs tools to facilitate training, testing and validating machine learning models. Deploys Machine Learning (ML) models that are developed by data scientists in a reliable and scalable fashion to support ML services at various decision points. Oversees development and maintenance of modeling pipeline and will build the necessary integration points to monitor model performance and develop procedures to ensure consumption of the model outcomes for data-driven decisions. Deploys, maintains and track of scoring into downstream decision systems and platforms. Collaborate with teams across the organization to communicate and educate on the model deployment, development approach. Solicits feedback to continue augmenting machine learning modeling, industry trends and evolvement of emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high school

• Three years leadership, supervisory or management experience

• Five years’ experience in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models

• Five years’ technical experience using machine learning tools such as Tensorflow, Kubernetes, Spark, SQL, Python,R, SAS, Keras and Shell Scripting

• Three years’ experience working with large data sets, both structured and unstructured

Preferred Qualifications• Three years’ experience with implementation and deployment of machine learning models, data pipeline and building effective strategies

• Three years’ experience of managing machine learning models

• Three years’ hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing methods

• Three years’ experience building and productionizing micro-services and APIs

• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem and real-time streaming (Apache Spark and Kafka) and experience using a model workflow management tool (i.e. MLflow)

• Familiarity with a user interface (web UI development) framework such as Angular or React

• Experience with A/B Testing

• Experience with Cloud+ Technologies
