Job SummaryManages a team of individuals to drive revenues through key strategic business distribution and solution partners. Develops business plans and strategy accross all business segments, Sprint and partner products, solutions and services. Builds and maintains network of colleagues, partners, and customers to drive acquisition of new business sales. Demonstrates knowledge of the Sprint and partner's product line; may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Participates in the development of functional and partner strategy. May participate in the development of functional strategy.Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a department with accountability for goals, objectives, operational policies. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance and salary decisions. Can be filled from any major metro area in the USMust have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high schoolThree years supervisory or management experienceFive years related business-to-business sales experienceFive years partner solutions sales experience Preferred QualificationsFive years experience in solutions and applications selling leveraging research and strategic account planning skills At Sprint, we're more than just talk.
