Do you enjoy working with your hands and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician!
In this role, you'll gain valuable experience in a variety of tasks, including:
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Assisting with machine changeovers and warehouse organization
Performing minor tool repairs and equipment upkeep
Contributing to groundskeeping and snow removal (seasonal)
Learning basic maintenance procedures
This is a great opportunity for someone with work ethic and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in electrical, welding, or HVAC is not required!
Benefits:
Competitive starting pay of $19-$23 per hour
First shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm (occasional overtime on Fridays)

Qualifications:
Approximately 1 year of related experience (or a desire to learn)
Forklift experience a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
We consider this an entry level Technician position that will cover everything from:
Cleaning
Warehouse trash and recycling
Grounds keeping
Minor tool repairs
Machine changeovers
Warehouse rack installations and repairs
Torque verifications on tools
Snow removal and salt application
Minor HVAC maintenance
Use of a manlift
Painting and office area reconfigurations
Work center installations.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
