The Logistics Solutions Representative will focus on growing revenue with local and transactional customers by hunting, selling and closing non-assigned accounts while serving as the engagement point to help AEs position and sell brokerage services to their customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hunt for revenue growth in brokerage services by identifying and following-up on opportunities in the direct and local channel.
Identify opportunities and proactively reach out to AEs to identify, educate and close opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through outbound cold calling to customers with high potential for brokerage services.
Serve as engagement point for AEs positioning, closing, onboarding and delivering brokerage services
Enhance sales performance by acquiring advanced service and industry knowledge.
Provide a reliable, trustworthy logistics resource for customers and their business, solidifying the relationship for future business.
Maximize retention and share of wallet by understanding customer needs and effectively position HNRY Logistics service offerings.
Serve as the point of contact for sales and a liaison to Customer Experience Coordinators
Lead training sessions for local AEs and RSM territories
Monitor account performance to ensure profitability goals are achieved, coordinate with field sales team for resolution as needed.
Execute customer onboarding from field sales referrals.
Negotiate pricing to maximize margin and revenue levels.
Provide timely resolution to a variety of customer issues.

Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years experience in sales, customer service, logistics or related field.
Effective verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
Professional, likable, and outgoing personality.
High energy attitude and desire to work hard while having fun.
Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel.
Previous Account Management/Sales experience in the transportation, 3PL, or supply chain industry.
Two (2) years sales experience.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel.
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
