The Opportunity

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Provides support to project teams with basic logistics functions for project/proposal.

• May be required to support other logistics duties. Receives direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of domestic and international ground, ocean, and air shipments.

• Assist with contracting carriers and freight forwarders to support project shipments.

• Support review of required shipping documentation from suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.

• Maintain shipping records and file appropriately in project repository.

• Tracking of shipments for multiple projects.

• Support the development of logistics plan for proposals and projects.

• Knowledge of relevant financial terms and conditions

Minimum Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
