This position is located in Kansas City, MO
Job Duties:
The learning and development coordinator supports the learning and development team and organizes training programs to effectively develop employees across the organization and maximize productivity
Coordinates learning and development logistics including scheduling, invitations, materials, and roster management
Collects, compiles and communicates results of evaluation attendance and learning and development data
Responds to requests for learning management system assistance
Assist with learning management system implementation and maintenance
Runs Micro strategy and LMS reports in response to data requests
Facilitate training classes as needed and develops training materials
Researches training vendors and materials as needed, including details, cost comparison, etc.
Develop and maintain internal learning and development website
Create and deploy training evaluations and assessments
Support learning and development team in the development and administration of learning and development programs
You Must Have:
US citizenship needed to obtain and maintain required US Dept. of Energy ""Q"" level security clearance
Three (3) or more years of experience
Bachelor Degree in appropriate field such as human resources, talent development, business or equivalent combination of formal education and applicable experience
We Value:
Experience with learning management system implementation preferred
Demonstrated SAP Success Factors experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments and consistently meet deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing)
Proven ability in decision making, organizing, and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas to other team members and customer representatives with multifaceted technical backgrounds
