Patient Access Specialist

Overland Park, KS ( 21.00 USD/hour) (Paid Training)

Highlights of the job:

· Shift: 11:30a-8:00pm

· Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (4months )

Working with an extensive client base, TEK systems is searching for experienced customer service representatives in Kansas!

A Day in the Role:

· Will be handling about 50 calls per day,

· Introduce patients to Shared Solutions services.

· Conducting benefits investigations and coordinate their prescription with their specialty pharmacy.

· Remove patient access barriers and seek out appropriate resources as needed.

Requirements:

· Must have 6 months of Prior Authorization

· Must haves experience in call center or front desk with call center

· Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency

· Problem solver/ de-escalation handler

· 6 months experience with working with patients, care givers and physicians
