WHO YOU ARE:

You will provide concierge level, white glove support to QTS executives. You must be able to quickly troubleshoot and remediate IT and Audio-Visual related issues for QTS executives. You will identify IT trend analysis and partner to institute programmatic and continuous improvement. You will be required to travel up to 50% with QTS executives to various QTS locations as well as weekend and evening on-call availability. You have a unique mix of soft skills and technical skills to provide world class support to QTS’ Executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

· Provide timely and effective IT support and troubleshooting for QTS Executives both remotely and on-site

· Act as a technical point of contact for QTS Executives to resolve issues while maintaining professionalism and courtesy

· Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network systems for QTS executives, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing and other activities as needed

· Collaborate with QTS Enterprise IT, Technology Operations Engineering, and Infosec on programmatic and continuous improvements, driving efficiencies

· Hands-on management, administration, and troubleshooting of Office 365 and other applications in use

· Partner with Information Security to deploy and manage security tools, policies, and enhancements and operate in accordance with established policies and compliance frameworks for Executive devices and systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

· Experience supporting C-Suite (or equivalent) executives for IT support needs

· Six or more years of progressive IT experience in systems administration/engineering roles at an enterprise level

· Experience troubleshooting Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and Macbooks)

· Five or more years in an Office 365 engineering role or equivalent Microsoft cloud services experience, and possess the following technical skills: O365 Conditional Access / ADFS, Exchange

Online, M365 Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Azure AD, MFA (e.g. RSA, Duo), and MDM (e.g. WorkspaceOne, InTune)

· Strong knowledge and skills in Windows and Mac operating systems

· Intermediate level AV experience

· Strong understanding of general IT security and network/cloud computing concepts

· Familiarity with Microsoft scripting languages (VB Script, PowerShell, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Five or more years of experience in a Windows systems engineering role supporting Active Directory, and Exchange online environments

· Cisco Webex Audio Visual expertise (Room kits, Touch 10, Codecs, etc.)

· MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) Audio Visual expertise

· Applicable Microsoft certifications, such as MCSA, MCSE, M365 Certifications

· Information Security certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, SecurityKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Executive level.

· Able to maintain composure in stressful situations

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

· Proactive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

· History of solving multi-faceted complex problems

· Proficiently convey technical requirements and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Ability to create supporting documentation, communicate effectively with clients, vendors, colleagues.

· Thrive independently in an environment where documentation and documented procedures may not exist

· Able to provide thought leadership based on best practices and mentorship for less experienced team members
