The Director of Partner Operations for the Partner Alliances organization will work closely with leadership to deliver cross-business unit programs while providing visibility throughout the organization in order to achieve strategic objectives. This position will manage large strategic projects and programs while focusing on best practices, controls, processes, communication and tools. Core functions are to manage the strategy, development and execution of programs. This role will liaise with other Optiv departments to ensure accurate, efficient and profitable operational success.
+ Lead and manage a Partner Alliance's operations team.
+ Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
+ Develop partner management reporting to provide visibility to the team, leadership, ELT and board.
+ Identify and assist in sales (field and operational) enablement to increase partner growth.
+ Build trackable systematic process to show profitability and productivity. Clearly identify what success looks like for each, articulating messages to relevant stakeholders and executive leadership in a timely manner.
+ Lead communication efforts across departments to build accountability and alignment.
+ Assist in a Chief of Staff type function working closely with the SVP of Partner Business to enable them to be effective in their role which includes preparing analysis for and facilitating key meetings, working closely with direct reports and members of the partner team to drive and report on status of projects and to independently run and manage partner projects on behalf of the SVP of Partner Business.
+ Negotiate rebate program structure with Partners, track quarterly progress and communicate to Operations and Executives.
+ Build plans and metrics to drive business and track partner growth.
+ Construct metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure and achieve predictability and profitability around Partner Programs (e.g. 'Focus Programs').
+ Solve complex problems requiring multi-faceted and multi-departmental involvement.
+ Partner Operations technology infrastructure ownership (project management and implementation, governance, and roadmap development), including collaboration with EAIT, sales and other functions as needed.
+ Drive participation with various stakeholders to support initiatives, best practices and process improvements.
+ Act as a champion for change that can drive decisions, while demonstrating agility to support the evolution of business needs. Focus on challenging the status quo to establish new ways of working faster and smarter, while delivering value and minimizing risk to Optiv.
+ Manage budgetary components.
+ Policy and strategy implementation for long-term results.
+ Strong project management experience
+ Organized, detail oriented, great work ethic, professional, team player, independent, ability to multi-task within a highly energized department.
+ Experience working with partners.
+ Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and mange multi-step projects in a fast paced environment.
+ A sense of urgency is necessary as well as excellent task management and follow through.
+ Must be highly attentive to detail, work with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quick turn-around and must be flexible and adaptable.
+ Strong team player.
+ Excellent professional communication skills through all available means of communication.
+ Bachelors Degree, Masters is a plus.
+ Ability to work greater than 40 hours as needed.
