Position Overview:

This position will provide leadership to our service desk team providing superior support to our internal organization. Our ideal candidate would have demonstrable proficiency in many aspects of technology including end user support, application management (Jira, TFS, Office365, Salesforce etc.), networking, phone system provisioning, and domain/network service administration. Additionally, we require a strong customer service attitude, effective communication skills and the ability to provide one on one and groups training. An understanding of effective change management and service desk procedures based upon the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads internal systems team providing superior service to a rapidly expanding dynamic SaaS organization ensuring coverage

  • Responsible for supporting internal systems including:

  • Desktop support

  • Internal applications (Jira, TFS, Office365, SharePoint, Salesforce etc.)

  • User account provisioning and administration.

  • Executes configuration management and change management activities based on the ITIL framework.

  • Leads Internal Systems projects including planning, scheduling, and oversight.

  • Responsible for all aspects of computing hardware lifecycle including requirements gathering, quotes, purchasing and decommissioning.

  • Provides effective communication to the organization for all companywide notifications

  • Recommends and implements systems upgrades and process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in a fast paced 24x7x365 SAAS environment is desirable. Exposure to VMware and Linux/Windows administration would be beneficial. At least 5 years of previous experience required.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; 5 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relevant Certifications:

  • COMPTIA - A+, Network +, Security +

  • Microsoft - MSP, MCSA (Windows 10)

  • ITIL foundation
