Communicates product features and benefits and contract provision details. Ability to handle most customer interactions independently. Ability to explain basic information in functional area. Maintains satisfactory level of key performance indicators according to departmental requirements.Qualifications: Associates, or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required Accountable, ethical, good decision-making ability Strong written and verbal communication skills required Excellent computer skills and ability to multi-task.Training & Development: Customer Service Representatives undergo a comprehensive training program to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback is provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.Life Insurance experience Preferred but not Mandatory.Shift Information: This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday. Candidates should be flexible to work any shift between 8am 8pm during the work week.To provide customer service support for Corporate Sponsored and Bank Owned life insurance products administered by Client Advanced Markets Network department, including but not limited to: Build relationships with servicing offices supporting our business. Processing of fixed in force transaction requests; premium payments, beneficiary and owner changes, address changes, billing changes, etc. Reconcile daily transaction activity. Provide reporting upon request. Assist with pulling of documents for customer service requests. Interact with departments throughout the Company. Maintain organized files. Prepare and provide bills for policy owners and servicing offices. Account reconciliation and journal entries. Participate and support project work as needed; reviewing scans and documenting results on an excel spreadsheet. Prepping policy owner statements for BOLI lead. Assist record retention lead with tracking, organizing and prepping transactions for offsite scanning and storage. Answering phone calls from policy owners and servicing offices.Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Access database a plus. Must be able to work independently. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
