The Customer Care Specialist position interfaces with customers via inbound and outbound calls. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine inquiries regarding examination eligibility, maintenance of credentials and products or services.
The person selected for this position will aid callers while providing world-class customer service. + Interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls for the purpose of resolving routine inquiries about policies or services.
+ Serve as the first point of contact and greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
+ Resolve problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause of the issue, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
+ Responsible for discussing sensitive situations and educating customers on the available options in a professional manner.
+ Maintain broad knowledge of policies and services.
+ Communicate effectively with individuals/teams within the company to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.

+ Must possess basic computer skills including MS Office Suite.

+ Ability to type 40 wpm+.
+ Regular and predictable attendance.
