Job Summary

Direct responsibility for credit reporting and decisions for all Morton North America customers. Manages department to maintain a current view of credit risks across customer group, and also report that information to broader management team. Implement and maintain credit policy and associated periodic credit reviews for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President of Finance in establishing and maintaining the company\'s credit policy procedures.
• Review customer pool periodically for credit risk and provide management reports and alert with any issues.
• Ability to understand and review customer financial data in order to make appropriate credit decisions.
• Able to work collaboratively with collections and sales staff.
• Interpret and communicate credit policies and procedures to stakeholders in the process (customers, sales staff, etc.)
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance concerning credit matters.
• Ability to create ad-hoc or periodic reporting for assiting the company in understanding credit related issues.
• Identify and implement credit process and efficiency improvements.
• Special projects as assigned by Vice President of Finance.
