As a Corporate Recruiter at SelectQuote you will attract top talent for one of the Kansas City Business Journal's 2020 Best Places to work and Top Workplaces in 2021. You will provide top-notch service to our internal customers and external candidates to ensure a fantastic experience for all stakeholders involved in hiring. This ideal candidate for this role will have specific experience recruiting talent in the areas of Information Technology, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Analytics, Human Resources as well as senior level leadership and executive positions.
Identify sources of active and passive candidates including LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media, direct contact, employee referrals, networking events, and other passive sourcing activities and databases
Work with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including social media and employee referrals
Screen candidates for candidate background, education, skills, and fit with the company against job requirements
Participate in and attend job fairs and outside networking events as a means to develop a strong 360 pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet high volume hiring quotas and business initiatives
Ensure candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner
Create, present and close offers with an aggressive close ratio
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proven success identifying creative sources, and attracting passive job seekers
Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem solving skills
Demonstrated success of full-cycle recruitment
Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers
Ability to work under pressure and hit aggressive goals
Understanding of fair employment practices as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Training and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of successful high volume recruiting experience required
3-5 years of experience hiring roles in Information Technology, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Analytics disciplines required
Strong knowledge of ATS, Breezy preferred
