SelectQuote Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Summary:

SelectQuote is looking for a CLM Manager to support lead generation, retention and cross-sale via consumer lifecycle marketing strategies and execution. This position will be responsible for driving improved overall customer experience and adoption of key products within the SelectQuote portfolio. Successful candidates will have a natural intellectual curiosity with a strong ability to leverage data in developing strategy, measuring execution, proactively identifying insights and program optimizations. This position will work across workgroups in building collaboration to successfully launch campaigns and establishing metrics for success.

Essential Functions:

  • Builds customer journeys and interactions across the customer lifecycle in partnership with Workflow teams that drive engagement and result in sales conversions and retention.

  • Responsible for the management of all marketing campaigns from inception to execution to post deployment analysis and recommendations.

  • Conducts ongoing testing of workflows, inclusive of segmentation, channels, cadence and message testing to continually improve performance.

  • Measures, monitors and tracks campaign performance against benchmarks and drives corrective actions that deliver continuous improvements.

  • Develops detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with identifying meaningful insights to consumer lifecycle performance

  • Comfortable leveraging analytics to drive strategy and building a story that can be presented to all levels of the organization.

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with a willingness and desire to present and discuss programs at the executive level

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to partner with cross functional teams to develop lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, growth and lead conversions, resulting in increased channel revenue

  • Interest in direct to consumer marketing and willingness to learn about Email, SMS, Direct Mail and other marketing mediums to drive results. This will entail ideation through execution. Prior experience in these channels is a plus.

  • Proficient at making recurring updates to executive leadership and using data to drive recommendations and strategic storytelling.

  • Strong program manager and planner with unwavering attention to detail

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business and a driving desire to cultivate positive working relationships

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experienced with weekly performance updates where insights and recommendations are expected

  • Functional analytical skills (projecting, costing, budgeting, etc.).

  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently and influence others to join in.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to influence and motivate peers.

  • Fast learner who is career minded and seeks additional responsibility as earned

Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration

  • Strong proficiency with SQL and technical aptitude

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in not just reporting, but telling stories of performance, insights and recommendations for future state. Comfortable leading and driving strategy and some proven experience doing so (1-2 years)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects, multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team

  • Prior experience with Marketing Automation data schemas and in platforms like Iterable, SalesForce, Marketo and/or Pardot a plus
