We are currently hiring for a Team Manager position in our Case Processing Department at the Overland Park Service Center. The Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 representatives.
Manage and coordinate the daily work flowof assigned team and coordinate with other areas to ensure compliance withservice standards and regulatory deadlines
Ensures quality service and effective operationssupport for internal and external customers
Serve as a resource to resolve exceptions andescalations regarding customer dispute and fraud claims, referring more complexproblems to manager as necessary
Establish and maintain appropriate files andrecords ensuring adherence to record retention schedules
Develop and prepare reports, records andperformance monitoring mechanisms informing management of operationalactivities
Provide training and develop staff through crosstraining

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of operations-related experience
Some knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area
Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
Well-developed customer relations skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Basic knowledge of banking operations and human resources
