Aerotek Billing Coordinator in Overland Park, Kansas

Aston Carter is working with a client seeking a Billing Coordinator for their growing team!   • Responsible for entering orders in to warehouse system

  • Tracking shipment of orders and invoicing customers once the orders are shipped

  • Responsible for some collections on accounts and keeping accounts up to date

  • Cash reconciliations

  • Will utilize ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Navision

  • Invoice processing to include 500-600 wholesale invoices/month

  • Will also handle straight to consumer invoices

  • Raising of Customer Invoices which includes sales order processing and tracking of shipments

  • Accounts Receivable – management of A/R aging

  • Prepare weekly cash deposits

Skills & Qualifications

  • Accounts Receivable - 1-3+ years' experience

  • Invoicing - 1-3+ years' experience

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

  • Strong analytical ability

  • 2 Year Associates Degree preferred, not required
