This position will coordinate and manage all leave processing for our US-based employees. Additionally, this role will help with the implementation, go-live, and ongoing maintenance of a vaccine management system.

Essential Job Functions

+ Leads the family and medical (FML) leave process to include answering questions, assisting employees with the process, maintaining leave records, and communicating leave data to appropriate parties

+ Serve as the first point of contact for leave of absence programs and accommodations under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

+ Manages return from leave process in conjunction with managers and HR Business Partners

+ The main point of contact with the third party leaves partner

+ Responsible for providing exceptional customer service when responding to and resolving leaves related questions from a current employee

+ Identifies options and makes recommendations for program/plan/policy/procedure changes

+ Contributes to the documentation of leave processes and guidelines and documents accordingly

+ Manages return from leave process in conjunction with managers and HR Business Partners

+ Looks for opportunities and collaborates with various company departments as well as each vendor to improve leaves administration processes and enhance general service levels

+ Assist in developing communication and training tools to enhance understanding of the company's leaves of absence program

+ Generates regular reports to analyze data and report out summary information regarding vaccine status, weekly testing status, and ongoing topics related to vaccine management

+ Manages vaccine exemption request process in conjunction with legal

+ Works regularly with cross functional teams to ensure processes related to vaccine management are being followed

+ Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness and customer satisfaction

+ Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

+ 2 years in benefits or related benefits

+ Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required

+ Effective communication skills, oral & written with the ability to communicate with people in potentially stressful situations

+ Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on a team

+ Ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment

+ Strong aptitude towards efficiency, quality, and consistency as well as a focus on customer service

+ Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday

+ Commitment to confidentiality and discretion

+ Base Pay: $41,000-51,000
