Job Summary

Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves problems across a portfolio of applications comprising an application system. Monitors, manages, reports on and maintain one or more applications to ensure application availability meets established SLAs of application users. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues and in making recommendations. Receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Provides technical expertise and value to implement, integrate and configure processes, applications, and scripts into an application system. Engage and contribute to analysis, design, test, and implementation of application functionality. Interacts with other groups and communicate with end-users and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information and status.

  • Will be required for Tier2 type of application support to triage production issues on a more technical level.

  • Proficient in Java and JBOSS

  • Expert in Oracle SQL databases

  • Three years data warehouse experience

  • Three years data mining experience

  • Experience on Oracle eBusiness Suite

  • Ability to work alternate shifts on an on call and/or rotating basis if needed

  • Must be a Dual or US Citizen

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work with vendors

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school

  • Two years of systems related or technical support experience
