Our Marine product development team in Kansas City is hiring a?Senior Engineering Business Analyst?for our?Marine App?team. In this role, you would gather, document and effectively communicate user requirements for large to very large size projects of high complexity for products across multiple strategic channels, with multiple disparate stakeholders. In addition, the analyst would serve as functional Product Owner, working with enterprise stakeholders to drive application/technology solutions and related business processes on a global scale.?

Additional job responsibilities include:?

+ Manage user requirements for large to very large size projects of high complexity for products across multiple strategic channels, with multiple disparate stakeholders.

+ Serve as the functional product owner, working with enterprise stakeholders to drive application/technology solutions and related business processes?

n

+ Partner with enterprise stakeholders to determine strategic channels road map

n

+ Understand and communicate business impact of issues and how they relate to Engineering owned solutions

n

+ Actively encourage?collaboration and professionalism in a team environment?with other Garmin associates to achieve goals?

n

+ Actively implement continuous improvement on an enterprise level for business processes and Engineering business analysis processes?

n

+ Proactively identify and contribute to the resolution of ancillary discrepancies and conflicts between interdepartmental applications and strategic channels on an enterprise level

n

+ Manage reconciliation and drive consensus regarding business tactical and strategic direction

n

+ Seen as the go-to subject matter expert for application/technology solution and related business processes within the enterprise.

+ Make substantial contributions to determining feasibility of team or functional goals/objectives?

n

+ Provides reliable solutions to a wide range of difficult problems including evaluation of new technologies to improve existing functions?

+ Demonstrates broad understanding of Garmin?s business model including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing
