The Executive Services team at Terracon’s Corporate office is searching for an intelligent, motivated, reliable, and professional self-starter to provide exceptional administrative support to multiple executives. Must demonstrate exemplary client service as a representative of both Terracon and those individuals whom the role supports.
The right candidate will possess sound judgment and a willingness to jump in and help the team, regardless of the task. This role requires expert abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams. Attention to detail and the ability to work with distractions are imperative to success in this role.
Exceptional organizational skills to support different executive styles will contribute to the success of this position.
Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of handling complex information requests working with other teams. Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, presentations, manuals, agenda, and correspondence. Handle calendaring, travel schedules and arrangements, process expense reports and invoices, and coordinating day-to-day activities are some of the tasks assigned to this role.
This position requires both the skill sets and (equally as important) a cultural fit – a candidate who enjoys being part of a successful team conveys a professional demeanor and isn’t afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
