Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Olathe, KS. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery in our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and repairers

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures

  • Monitor and report on maintenance metrics to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

  • Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or related field

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment

  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications:2 years' experience in a Walmart maintenance technician position OR 1 year's experience in industrial maintenance (for example, welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics), including six months leading a work or project team.
